[ As it were, there are many, many ways for one to acquire a body. The easiest? Murder. The more convenient? Grave-digging or morgue-robbing. The luckiest? Simply finding one in a field. Actually, stumbling across a body in Gensokyo isn't such an odd thing. There are Youkai about, hungry and feral, and not all of them benign. The good thing about Youkai, however, is that most don't eat left-overs or scavenge. Most.
For Seiga, this means she can easily find the main material she needs for her work. So as she touches down in front of this particular body in a field of lilies scattered about cool grass, the first thing she does is make sure it's dead. The best way to do that is to press down hard right at the junction between nail and finger-- for even if unconscious, the body will still recoil from the pain.
